Logistics & Depot Controller – Rio Grande do Norte

Introduction

A leading South African manufacturer and marketer of Traditional Sorghum Beer and alcoholic beverages are looking for a Logistics and Depot Controller to join their successful team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee intake shift operation.
• Responsible for malt and grain stock movement.
• Control and monitor sorghum grain movement from the farmers to inland Silos to Isithebe Silos.
• Oversee packaging, grain, and malt inventory.
• Monitor malt milling and daily packaging.
• Dispatch monitors brewery malt stock.
• Organize transport for grain and malt.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Knowledge of the SAP system is a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

• At least 2 – 3 years of work experience in a FMCG environment
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and commercial systems
